It seems like a new popular diet pops up every day. There are always people claiming that this or that diet helped them lose weight almost instantly...but more often than not, these claims stem more from fad than fact. I've never done much research into different diets, myself, but I imagine that anyone seriously trying to lose weight would be extremely frustrated sifting through the colossal number of diets available today.
So, as someone who has no vested interest in any one diet, and since nothing beats personal experience, I want to know, honestly: what diets have you tried? What has helped you find success? Which ones just aren't worth it, in your experience?
