So you think this might be easy but I'm not so sure. My son is getting married in about 3 weeks so I set myself a goal to loose 5 lbs before the wedding. It sounds easy but knowing about the wedding I have already been working out and watching what I eat and I haven't lost any weight. The thing is - working out makes me hungrier. It's not like I'm overly big in the first place - being five feet one-two inches tall is all. I would like the five pounds to come off from my belly! Sure - again it sounds real easy. I will start by not drinking anymore pop for 3 weeks and not going to fast food restaurants and I will plan to work out 45 minutes in the morning before work and 1/2 hour in the evening 3 times a week. That is my plan for now - unless I get more motivated and feel I can work out even more than this. The thing is I also have to clean my house and make sure everything is presentable because on top of everything else we have people coming from out of town.
