It has been hard, but I'm doing well. I lost 10 pounds in the 1st month, and another 8 pounds in the second month. I know what I need to do to lose the weight, the hard part is doing it. I'm working really hard to:
1. Avoid any type of junk food.
2. Not drink anything with calories.
3. Staying away from simple sugars (not eating anything that has sugar in the ingredients).
4. Avoiding starchy foods like breads, & potatoes, and only eating small portions of pasta.
My starting weight was 178.8. At the end of the 1st month I lost 10 pounds. At the end of the second month I lost 8 pounds. It is normal to lose more weight in the 1st month than in the second month, but I am determined to keep up the good work.
My goal for next month is to lose at least 6 pounds.
