Fat MD: One Doctor's Journey to a Healthy Weight Part III
In my 3rd vlog, I discuss my initial strategy for weight loss:
1.) Don't skip meals (this slows down metabolism).
2.) Eat more fruits and vegetables (10 servings a day promotes weight loss).
3.) Weigh myself on a regular basis.
I know I should be exercising, but I'm not ready for that type of commitment.
Next time, I will ask my kids what I should be doing to get my body to a healthy weight.
