Cat is coughing and sneezing, what type of treatment should I do?

My 19 year old cat has been having horrible coughing and sneezing attacks. I have been treating him for respiratory symptoms. I'm wondering if he might have congestive heart failure and need diuretics. He gets VERY stressed when going to the vet so I've been trying myself to treat him.

My Dwarf Bunny has a Lower Respiratory Ailment

I have a dwarf bunny with lower respiratory ailment and I do not have the heart to put her to sleep. Is there anything I can do holisticly or naturaly to help her breathe easier, as she holds her head up to get more oxygen. She will be approx 5 years old next month as she is a rescue. Any help you can send my way will be most appreciated as there really isn't a vet that really knows much about bunnies in my area. I would really like God to take her when her time is here and anything I can do to reach that goal, I will do. Thank you! -Lee-

Cat has a cough

My 6 yr old cat has congestion with a hacking cough, like choking. vet did throat procedure, and pulled "stringlike gunk" from her, with odor; sent stuff to lab.  It came back as bacterial, and possible "histocyte" cells. Could this stuff be cancerous, what type and how long antibiotic for bacterial infection; and if cancerous, treatment if any, time left, pain, etc. -

Cat is coughing and wheezing

We have inherited our cat from a neighbor and he mentioned the cat's frequent allergy symptom for which he was prescribed Theophylline 100 mg Extend Tabsto be taken one quarter every 8 - 12 hours this was back in 2011. We have noticed lately the problem seems to be worsening and sounds more like a cough than just a wheeze which lasts only seconds but we are anxious to know how to help and treat him....We are financially unable to pay huge vet bills..thank you in advance for this service you provide Cheers, Doreen

Is it possible for children to grow out of asthma?

Our family physician had told us that when our son gets older he might "grow out" of his asthma. He had his 1st attack when he was 2 years old, and it was bad. The hospital that we took him to could not diagnose him. They sent him out by ambulance to another hospital an hour away and they took another set of x-rays and then confirmed he was having an asthma attack. Gave him breathing treatments and within 8-10 hours we were finally on our way home. He is now 6 and has at least 4-5 severe asthma attacks per year. Like I had said in the beginning, our doctor said there is still the chance when his lungs grow he could possibly be asthma-free when he's older. I was just wondering if his "growing out of asthma" will actually be a possibilty for him.

My dad has always had asthma and allergies, and sometimes, I can't help but worry about him.
