Fraud?

I saw many reviews online about this product but one stood out. It said that her dog showed no signs of improvement and also said to look up "Vet-IonX Fraud". I don't want to offend anyone but I need to know. Answer me with an honest answer. When I get your reply, I'll consult my vet. I wish for the best for my dog and I hope that this product isn't a scam.
