Anxietrex and Derma-Ionx

Can I use Anxietrex and Derma-Ionx at the same time? I just rescued a 7.4 yr. old rat terrier and he has both symptoms. He is presently on hypo-allergenic food and just came of meds for infection and steriods for the scratching. We now have him on benadryl for the allergies. I also need to get him in to a vet to get his ears cleaned as I am having a hard time getting in to the spots that need it most. Please advise.

Hot spot and ear infections (yeast)

I am going crazy trying to figure out what to do about my 3 year old Boston Terrier male's hot spot. He has had recurrent ear infections, so we put him on Royal Canin Hydrolyzed protein diet kibble (soy based protein). His stomach issues cleared up and he is basically healthy. But after the ear infections (3 of them since November) when he was treated with a variety of meds from the vet and the infections cleared up, he started to lose hair on the backs of his ears. It isn't getting worse, and some has grown back a little, but it still isn't great. Concurrently, he has had a red hot spot off and on since January, which I've been treating with Muracin ointment. The spot gets better, and then three or four days later, it can re-appear, and spread and looks red to light pink in color. I took him to a Dermatologist who scraped and did a culture for ringworm, but it's still coming and going, and he does not have ringworm. Now I'm thinking he has some sort of environmental allergy, or maybe an allergy to the soy in the hyperallergenic food! I am so confused. By the way, this red spot is NOT itchy, nor does it seem to be at all painful. Is that typical of a hot spot?

Hot Spots on my dog

Returning fm vacation where my dog, Sara, spent most of her time n the water (& wet), she's developing hot spots one after another. Cut back hair, used mild beta dine sol., tea tree oil, and Fold Bond compress. Dries it up in a day but then another appears elsewhere, mostly on her haunches and legs. Her vet is on vacation until Wed. What else can I do? Also giving probiotics for internal.

Dog's bacterial infections

Hi Dr Wilson- My dog is 6 yrs old- spaniel mix. She has always had issues with her lower tract- urinary, and bowel- my vet recently said she had a bacteria infection in her bowel- put her on flagel- symptoms were very loose stool. She was on the meds for 2weeks, she is off now, and now has loose stool again. I feed her mostly protein-boiled and add honest kitchen veggies mix because she also had allergies. I am at my wits end. She has had blood work and nothing comes up, which is good, but what else can I do?
