SmartPoints?

If you are a HelloLife customer login above and upgrade your account to use SmartPoints. SmartPoints are redeemable towards products and/or items on the SmartLiving Network and/or HelloLife® websites. SmartPoints are only redeemable online.

Peer Activities

  • Login — 5 SmartPoints

    How: Log into your Smart Living Network account.
    Conditions: Smartpoints only awarded once per day.

  • Wall Post — 15 SmartPoints

    How: Update your status or post to a group wall.
    Conditions: Must be at least seven words to qualify.

  • Order a HelloLife Product — SmartPoint values vary

    How: Ordering 1 item earns you 100 SmartPoints, choosing the "Buy 2" or "Buy 3" options earns you 225 and 350 SmartPoints, respectively. Check out the Store for our full product guide. Check out the SMARket for our full product catalog.
    Conditions: Must be logged in to receive points. Purchases made before establishing membership do not qualify for SmartPoints.

  • Become a Smart Living Network Member — 200 SmartPoints

    How: Sign up for a SmartLivingNetwork.com account.
    Conditions: One time only and you may have only one Smart Living Network account, as stated in Terms of Use.

  • Add a Profile Picture — 15 SmartPoints

    How: Upload your first profile picture.
    Conditions: SmartPoints will only be awarded the first time you upload a profile picture.

  • Fill Out Your Info — 15 SmartPoints

    How: Fill out "About Me" and "5 Awesome Things" information.
    Conditions: SmartPoints will only be available the first time both these fields are filled in.

  • Invite a Friend — 10 SmartPoints

    How: Invite friends from outside the Network to join.
    Conditions: SmartPoints only available for up to 50 friend invites every six months. SmartPoints can only be earned by inviting friends that are not currently a member.

  • Recruit a Friend — 100 SmartPoints

    How: Received when an "outside the Network" friend accepts your invitation from inside the Network. Make sure your friend inputs your email as the referrer when they are signing up so you receive your points!
    Conditions: Maximum of 1500 SmartPoints available every six months.

  • Friend a Member — 10 SmartPoints

    How: An accepted friend request from a fellow member earns you a SmartPoint.

  • Post on a Friend's Wall — 15 SmartPoints

    How: Visit a friend's page and post a comment (can be accompanied by a link or picture) on their wall.

  • Comment on a Wall Post — 10 SmartPoints

    How: Leave a comment on a friend's wall or a group wall.
    Conditions: Maximum of 300 SmartPoints available per month. SmartPoints cannot be earned by commenting on wall posts that you created.

  • Comment on a Group Wall Post — 10 SmartPoints

    How: Leave a comment on a group wall or post on the wall.
    Conditions: Must be a member of the group whose wall you want to post on.

Blogging Activities

  • Write a Blog — 150 SmartPoints

    How: Fill out all the required fields and post your blog.
    Conditions: Must be at least 200 words in length. Maximum of 500 SmartPoints for blog writing will be available each month.

  • Get a Comment on Your Blog — 10 SmartPoints

    How: Each comment that is made on your blog will earn you 10 SmartPoints.
    Conditions: Comments must be at least 7 words long to receive your SmartPoint. Maximum of 600 SmartPoints will be available from receiving blog comments each month.

  • Comment on a Member's Blog — 10 SmartPoints

    How: Leave a comment in the comments section of the blog, from Friend Feed, or Group wall to receive a SmartPoint.
    Conditions: Maximum of 50 SmartPoints available to be earned by commenting on member blogs each month.

  • Have Your Blog Featured — 200 SmartPoints

    How: If your blog is chosen by the Smart Living Network team to be featured, you will receive 200 SmartPoints.

  • Subscribe to a Blogger — 20 SmartPoints

    How: Subscribing to a blogger that you like will earn you 20 SmartPoints.
    Conditions: If you choose to unsubscribe to that blogger and then change your mind, you will not receive the SmartPoints again.

  • Have Your Blogs Subscribed To — 10 SmartPoints

    How: When those who enjoy your blogs subscribe to get a notification every time they are posted, you will receive 10 SmartPoints.
    Conditions: If a member chooses to stop subscribing to your blogs, you will not have any SmartPoints removed. If they choose to subscribe once again though, you will not receive the SmartPoint again.

Question Activities

  • Ask a Question — 10 SmartPoints

    How: Head to the Health Q&A section, post your question and receive a SmartPoint.
    Conditions: Questions must be at least 50 words in length. Maximum of 100 SmartPoints available each month for posting questions.

  • Get an Answer to Your Question — 10 SmartPoints

    How: Receive a SmartPoint for each answer that your question generates.
    Conditions: Comments must be at least 7 words in length to earn SmartPoint. Maximum of 300 SmartPoints available to be earned each month for getting answers to your questions.

  • Answer a Question — 20 SmartPoints

    How: Answer another users question to receive 20 SmartPoints.
    Conditions: Answers must be at least 7 words in length.

Goals

  • Create a Goal — 15 SmartPoints

    How: Create a goal for yourself and receive 15 SmartPoints.
    Conditions: Maximum of 450 SmartPoints available each month for creating goals.

SmartPoints are redeemable towards products and/or items on the SmartLiving Network and/or HelloLife® websites. SmartPoints are only redeemable online.

Network staff reserve the right to update the value and/or conditions of activities on the site that allow users to earn SmartPoints. The Network staff may also adjust user SmartPoint values in cases where the SmartPoint system has behaved in a faulty way, cases where a user may have abused the SmartPoint system, or in any other situation deemed appropriate.
