Cat's Paws are Infected

My cat is two years old and gets an issue on the pads of his paws were they become infected and painful in between the pads. Vets can't figure it out and it happens about every 3 months. He is in a lot of pain. In your opinion, will Derma-IonX help? He normally gets steroid shots and antibiotics, but the vet says he cannot continue that as normal treatment. Sinus infections--the sinus rinse remedy

Sinus infections are common for me. I am not exactly sure why, but it seems like I am very susceptible to contracting them. Most of the ones I got could not be cured with antibiotics because they were viral infections. As a home remedy I started rinsing out my sinuses. I did this using an off-brand version of the Neti Pot, where I mixed salt and warm water into a plastic pot. Then, I ran the water through my nose. I’ll admit, the first time I did this I was very nervous. I don’t like sticking things up my nose. Things aren’t supposed to be put go there! However, after the first rinse, it left me feeling refreshed. For about 10 minutes, I could breathe through my nose again! I use this even when I don’t have a sinus infection, but when my sinuses feel a little clogged. Has anyone else tried this remedy for viral sinus infections? Or what remedies have you tried?
