Our little yorkie started about a month ago,we noticed small little bumps(pimple size) on her back and when touched or quickly in time they burst leaving a flat bleeding area.We have two other dogs and they do not have this, what could it be?? They seem itchy and slightly painful and then they ooze into her coat and we try to brush and wash around them.

Dear Tanya,

The bumps could contain some infectious material so you should take your dog to your veterinarian so he or she can determine if antibiotics would be necessary. You might also consider trying our product Derma-IonX to help improve the immune system and help heal the skin. It can be taken internally and also be sprayed into affected skin. What do you feed your Yorkie and do you give any supplements?
