Dear Francis,

I would not recommend giving human medication to your puppy without consulting with your veterinarian who is familiar with your puppy's medical history. It is safe and helpful to give homeopathics such as DERMA-IONX. It is easy to give by adding to the food. I usually start with a half dose on the breakfast and a half dose again with supper. After improvement is seen I switch to a whole dose once a day.

Diet can also influence the allergic response. Feeding a grain free diet that uses turkey, fish, or beef as the protein source can help as long as the dog is not allergic to the food. Giving purified water is better than chlorinated water. Giving PROBIOTICS and OMEGA 3,6,9 are also beneficial when there allergies and is good for growing dogs.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Best regards,
