For over a month my vet has tested my 9 month old pup for anything that might be responsible for periodic diarrhea. It also doesn't appear to be the food he is on. Could stress/nerves cause this to happen and would your medication help if this were the case? Betty

Dear Betty,

Stress can cause diarrhea. If this is the case then Anxietres could affect the diarrhea. I would also use Canine probiotics and Omega 3,6,9 to help return the intestinal tract to a more normal state.
