Dear Cynthia,

It is important to keep homeopathics away from electromagnetic fields because the field can change or reduce a homeopathic's effectiveness. When a homeopathic is stored it should not be near a microwave, large appliance, on the clock radio, etc., or on the window sill. These extraneous forms of energy could damage the product. We also ask you not measure the product with a metal spoon or use it in a metal bowl. Since the carrier fluid has a charge added to it to increase assimilation contact with metal would decrease it. The homeopathic ionic mineral base is in very small concentrations also adds to the product's effectiveness. Minerals are essential to a healthy body.

Dia-IonX is safe to use with insulin and other medications. Most pets that use it start out on insulin.

The reason why homeopathy is safe is because with other medications is because only small quantities are used. In homeopathy a 10X potency is one in which the tincture has been diluted 1 to 9 parts, and then one part of that mixture is diluted again 1 to 9, and so on until this is done 10 times. The energy signature of the original substance is carried in the liquid but very few molecules of the original substance remains in the liquid and by the time you get to a 24X dilution there are no more molecules of the tincture left, just the energy instruction.

With each dilution the activity becomes more focused somewhat like a laser compared to a flashlight. 10X,20X,30X are considered low to moderate potencies. The different potencies act slightly differently in the body so it is common for preparations to contain several. The remedies were chosen based upon their ability to modify the symptoms of diabetes and stimulate internal modifications that lead to healing. Having it in homeopathic form makes it safer than most prescription drugs that need to be under the supervision of a doctor. Though homeopathy isn't used as much in the United States, over half of veterinarians in Europe use homeopathy alongside conventional therapy. It can offer some help in cases where more options are needed. For more information about the individual ingredients and the history of homeopathy, the website www.nationalcenterforhomeopathy.org is a great educational tool.

The product is registered with the FDA and meets the United States Pharmacopeia standards. For a better understanding of this you may go to www.usp.org/audiences/consumers/.

Because homeopathy is patient specific one must match the symptoms of the patient to the remedy. The remedies selected in our product address the more common symptoms. Because these are OTC ingredients and not prescription items there is no requirement for years of drug trials. That explains why most prescription drugs are much more costly than OTC products that are formulated based upon common knowledge garnered over the past two hundred years. We use this information to select the ingredients and rely on our customer feedback to let us know if we are doing a good job and meeting their needs. The IONX products have helped many pets reduce their symptoms without causing toxicity to their bodies.

I also encourage owners to use other products such as digestive enzymes, probiotics, and a fish oil supplement for a synergistic effect for faster results. Dia-IonX also helps the body to better utilize the other supplements. Our goal is keep the pet as happy and healthy for as long as possible.

I hope you will find the above sites satisfying and if you have any further questions please contact us again.

Best wishes,

Dr. Char
