My dog has ? Yeasty skin. He's on enzymes, Mega-c, probiotics, fish oil, organic coconut oil, and eats Honest Kitchen "Prefrence" with Either chicken or beef added. He's still detoxing and has had numerous setbacks with infections requiring regular vet intervention (surgery and wound cleaning). His icky spots are mostly on feet, chin, stomach. (NOT 1 front foot). He reacted very strongly to thuja ?200c. Massive outbreak of these sores. Now baths with organic diluted hypoallergenic shampoo followed by a diluted vinegar rinse. He greatly improved after a reiki treatment, but is still struggling.

Would you recommend the shampoo AND the anti-itch/skin treatment? Or just one?
