Dear Nicole,

Many arthritic pets have responded very well to Arthro-IonX. It helps to reduce pain and inflammation and stimulates the joints to heal. The NSAIDs help with pain but do not heal the joints, and also risk irritating the stomach and liver. In addition to Arthro-IonX, I also suggest you take a holistic approach by giving a digestive enzyme with meals, probiotics and a high quality fish oil supplement daily. Start with a small amount and gradually increase, giving the body time to adjust, and that will minimize developing soft stools. In addition be sure to give plenty of filtered water to drink to help cleanse the cells. Do not use chlorinated water. Together, all these things act synergistically for a faster response. I hope we can make a difference for Snoopy, it sounds like he is really worth the extra effort to get him feeling better again. Please keep us informed about your progress and we might need to discuss diet at a later time.

Sincerely,
Dr. Char
