Health Questions & Answers

I found your product online while looking for a more natural and effective way of treating my dogs reoccurring skin conditions and I just wanted to briefly tell you what it is he’s being getting, and hope you can answer the few questions I have about the product to see if its what I’m looking for.

I have a Pit-bull/Mastiff who for the past 2 months has being suffering very bad and sudden skin irritations, but in different forms it seems, and I’m wondering if this product maybe what I’m looking for .

Three trips to the vets for steroids and antibiotics and $800 later have left him with little long term relief and me rather strapped on cash. The problems only seem to appear again once he’s a week off the antibiotics.

From what I can’t see he seems to have started off with a rash, then had hot spot like sores and now has contact dermatitis in the form of red pimple like bumps. I have an irritation cream I got from the vet, which so far has made the red pimples go away but then the next day he’s come up with more open raw sores on his belly area and under his armpits. While the cream helps the affected area, a day or two later it seems to be coming up somewhere else.

So I guess the question is: will this product be successful in helping relieve him of these sorts of problems?

I would like to know if this product will be good in treating and preventing these sorts of skin conditions by improving his skin and overall health. It’s not fair on him to be stuck on antibiotics forever, which will only be a temporary relief from the symptoms, but never resolve them.

Also, if it is a product to consider for him, how long would he need to take it for in order for it to be beneficial to him? A few months, a year or years?

Thank you and I look forward to hearing back from you :)

Dear Elaine,

Derma-IonX would be a good product for your dog. It helps to cleanse and hydrate the cells, which provides relief and the homeopathic ingredients stimulate healing. I would hope you will see results in a few weeks but you will need to keep using the product for a while because the true healing needs to come from the inside. It is safe and natural so you don't need to worry about side effects. Steroids suppress the condition and drive it deeper into the body and it resurfaces somewhere else. Steroids are also hard on the detoxification organs. Because you had to resort to steroids, it might take a little longer to resolve it.

Besides Derma-IonX, there are a few other things that would be helpful. Feed digestive enzymes with each meal, and give probiotics such as Purina's Forti Flora and a fish oil supplement daily. Derma-IonX will help the body better utilize the other supplements for a synergistic effect. We want your dog feeling better faster.

If you don't see some improvements soon, please let me know what you are feeding and treats that you are giving. There could be an allergy behind this too. Please keep us informed of your progress. Thank you.

Best wishes,

Dr. Char
