Sometimes a skin crawl can be caused by a spinal subluxation. You could consult with a veterinary chiropractor to determine if there is pressure on a nerve. If the twitching is more widespread then that might indicate a chemical exposure. If you think there is a skin problem DERMA-IONX helps many different types of skin problems. Please let us know if you have any more information to share. Your veterinarian can help you determine what the cause is.
