My horse has chronic pain from ringbone, arthritis, and coffin bone rotation and is currently on 2 grams of Bute and 6600mg of Gabapentin per day. Are you confident that Promaxol will give him pain relief so he can be comfortable without being on pain meds?

Dear Dee,

I think PROMAXOL could be helpful, but I would also do some acupuncture along with it. PROMAXOL decreases pain and inflammation and stimulates healing. Having a veterinary chiropractor consultation could be beneficial as well. Having the spine in proper alignment can lessen the impact on the limbs. You can use the homeopathic along with the current medications. After you see some improvement then you can discuss with your veterinarian about lowering the dosage of the medication.

Please let us know how you do.

Best regards,
