Health Questions & Answers

Hello, Our 12.5 year Pembroke Wesh Corgi has degenerative disc disease and as such his back legs are weakened...shaking and slipping with variability since June 2012. Have tried PT, Chiropractic and Accupuncture with little improvement. Chiropractic seems to bring the best results to date. Rennie was diagnosed with Stage ! Lymphoma on November 2nd and started a 5 month protocol to treat DX. As such, Anti-inflammatory meds are contraindicated with chemo regimen. Wondering if Arthro-IonX would be OK with chemo drugs? Looking to keep him on his feet, pain-free as long as we can. Thanks for any recommendations. -Paula-

Dear Paula,

Generally homeopathics can be used with other conventional medications. Sometimes strong drugs can reduce the effectiveness of the homeopathic so we suggest that you give the homeopathic at a time away from administration of the drug. I hope that it will provide the relief that Rennie needs.

Best regards,

Dr. Char
