Health Questions & Answers

My dog, a chow, has redness on one side of face which has become infected due to her scratching. The redness also surrounds her eyes and under her mouth area. In all areas the hair is gone.

Money is limited therefore, no vet.

What ointment can we use? We are using the cortisone but it’s not working.

Dear Amber,

Thank you for your interest in our product. We are sorry to hear that your pet is not doing so well.

Derma-IonX attacks the causes of the skin ailment from the outside in and the inside out because it is administered orally and also directly applied onto the skin. Derma-IonX consists of all-natural ingredients that are essential in making it safe and effective. The product promotes hair re-growth.

You can see improvements if the product is given as directed on a daily basis. Depending on the severity it might take some time, just be patient and stay on it.We suggest doubling the internal dosage for the first week and reduce to the suggested dosage for the following weeks. The affected areas should be wet twice a day. Please make sure that her eyes are protected with an ophthalmic ointment if spraying the eye area.

For easier application you can use a small plastic spray bottle.

The product is completely organic and will not interfere with any other products you might administer at the same time. If you need further assistance, please contact us.

If you wish to order the product you can call us toll free at 1-866-977-0888 or order online at

With best wishes
