I'm a longtime customer and always buy this product in quantity during the black friday sale. When I called to place my order today, I was informed that this product will not be available till January!

Since I am calling during the sales promotion, you should honor this sale price when the product becomes avail. When I asked the cust service rep, Cathy, she told me that they couldn't do this because the product is not in the system and not available. I told her that they should try to accommodate their longtime, steady customers and she told me to email you.
So I am asking that you honor the 15% price for me when this product becomes available. The last time I ordered two sets of buy 3 get one free for a total of 8 bottles and the total cost less the 15% discount was $147.81. I will need this product as soon as you get it in stock! Please email me and let me know as soon as possible because I only have one bottle left.
