Ben, our sweet boy, is a 2 yr old Bullmastiff. He has black spots on his skin & our vet said some Bully's are prone to this black acne. We tried the antibiotics but he spit them out & what a nightmare trying to put horse pills down his throat. If I wash him everyday x 2 & spray with Vetericyn I can almost keep him fairly cleared up. Will the Derma-IonXwork for our Ben? The Arthro-IonX is working very well for his malformed hips. No one understands how he can walk, but he does. We love our boy, but we sure got taken by the breeder, as Ben's hip sockets never developed & we purchased a basically, deformed Bullmastiff. He is quite the celebrity in our town & at our Vets office. We adore him and want to give him a good life, & keep him as pain free as we can. Thank you for your time, Blessings, Robin

Dear Robin,

I would try a half dose of Derma-IonX with supper. In addition give probiotics, digestive enzymes, vitamin C, MSM, and Omega 3,6,9. I would also suggest a consultation with a veterinary chiropractor which might help both the skin and hips. Acupuncture can also be helpful as well.

What are you feeding him during the summer?
