My cat always licks his stomach, there is no hair left there. We went to a special litter for his box. What else can we do?

Dear Wayne,

You might want to try DERMA-IONX. I would add 10 drops to the breakfast and supper wet food. I would also give PROBIOTICS and Omega 3,6,9. This can aid the immune system and reduce inflammation.

What kind of food are you giving? I would use a grain free food that is turkey or fish based. In Chinese food therapy these would be more cooling choices to off set warm skin.

Also find out when the last tapeworming had been done. The presence of tapeworms can cause a lot of skin symptoms. Cats can groom constantly.

There might also be a psychologicl component that might need to be addressed depending upon what results you get from doing the above.

Please let us know how you do.

Best regards,

Dr. Char www.vetionx.com
