Health Questions & Answers

My dog was diagnosed with diabetes this past April. Yesterday, she had an attack. We gave her honey. She had another one this morning, we gave her honey again and I took her to Vet. He charged 42 bucks for an exam with no urinalysis. He took her glucose $35 bucks. Determined she had low blood sugar. Told us to feed her more of her hills prescription food and decrease her insulin from 9 units to 7 units. My question is, how do I know if she will have another attack between now and tomorrow morning before I give insulin shot? Also, will vetionx be good for her? I asked the vet and he never heard of it! Thanks.
