Health Questions & Answers

We have a 11 year old Lab that has an arthritic front elbow. Vet has had him on both Deramaxx, and Gabapentin. I ordered your product but after reading the warnings, I'm hesitant about giving it to him. Asked our Vet, and she would neither say it was okay or no because she didn't know enough about it after visiting your website

You may use ARTHRO-IONX along with other medications or supplements. It is homeopathic in nature and so it will not negatively interact with other physical substances. Give ARTHRO-IONX away from pharmaceutical meds. When you begin to see some improvement talk to your veterinarian about decreasing your conventional medication which can have negative side effects.

To dose ARTHRO-IONX I would split the dose and give a half dose with breakfast and a half dose with supper. After there is improvement you can give a whole dose once a day. In addition I give PROBIOTICS and OMEGA 3,6,9. These can help decrease inflammation in the body.

What kind of food and water do you give your dog? These can influence joint health too.

I would recommend having a veterinary chiropractor check your dog. It often improves movement. Acupuncture can also be helpful. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
