If you think there are mites present you can bathe your dog in our Defendex shampoo. It is nontoxic and very effective against mites and fleas. I like having it around to use at the first sign that there could be a problem. If you need to encourage hair regrowth you might also try our skin product Derma-IonX. It can be added to the food or water or also be applied topically to any irritated areas. In addition I find some other supplements to be helpful; I use digestive enzymes, probiotics, MSM, vitamin C, and fish oil. Derma-IonX aids better utilization of the supplements for a faster response. Please let us know how you do or if you have any other questions.

Best wishes,
