How much food should I be feeding my cat a day? Soft and kibble

You should use the package directions as the starting point for feeding and then increase or decrease if the weight goes up or down. You are supposed to barely feel the ribs when the cat is at a good weight. Your veterinarian can palpate your cat and tell you if the weight is good if you are still not sure.
