ARTHRO-IONX has helped many dogs with their discomfort. To dose the homeopathic I would split the dose and give a half dose with breakfast and a half dose with supper. If necessary you can give up to two additional half doses. I would also give PROBIOTICS, OMEGA 3,6,9, vitamin C, and MSM. The last two you can find at a health food store. The others are available from Vetionx.

What kind of water and food do you give your dog? These can influence joint health too.

I would recommend having a veterinary chiropractor check your dog. It often improves movement. Acupuncture can also be helpful. If your veterinarian thinks the nerves are degenerating then it would be good to also give Cholodin, a B vitamin/ Choline supplement to nourish the nerves. You might look for a harness that has handles that you could use to help your dog up and down safely. Looking forward to your reply.
