Dear Tina,

Your dog has a hematoma in his ear. Generally there is an immune system problem responsible for its formation. In order to avoid the ear becoming crinkled you might need to have the hematoma drained and perhaps have stitches put in the ear flap to flatten the skin to the cartilage. I would also suggest using PROMAXOL to reduce the pain and discomfort and to encourage faster healing. Other things that are beneficial are Canine probiotics, vitamin C, MSM, and Omega 3,6,9. Together with PROMAXOL it can reduce inflammation and improve healing.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Best regards,

Dr. Char www.vetionx.com
