My little guy who is such the lover and 3 years was just diagnosed yesterday with feline leukemia. He has lost 2 lbs. since July and is running a fever and I am giving him Clovomax to break the fever. Is there something I should be doing/giving to make him feel more like the lover he was. He ate a little food and drank some water this morning. I don't want to overextend his time if he is hurting because this is eating him from the inside out, but I want to make him feel better as well. I was giving him Derma-IonX for his scabby pimples which works wonderful and they are gone. So is there anything else I should be doing?

Dear Kathy,

I would try DIA-IONX because it contains remedies that are recommended for cats with feline leukemia. DIA-IONX helps support the immune system, liver and kidney. The supplements I use along with it include digestive enzymes, probiotics, and OMEGA3,6,9. If you can give more I would give Hepagen-Fc by Thorne Research and Olive leaf extract.

You might also have a veterinary chiropractor check him over. Better spinal alignment helps the immune system.

Hopefully he will eat a grain free diet. Be sure to offer purified water. I think making some organic bone broth might be helpful too. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Best regards,
