Our 4-year old husky-mix from the shelter has started having epileptic seizures this year, about 1 grand mal seizure/month. The vet has not started medication for it due to its infrequency so far. I gave him Derma-IonX all Fall for his itchy skin and it worked great & I have recommended it to many! Do you have any recommendation for something natural for his seizures? It is his only health concern. Thank you.

Dear Kathy,

I would give DIA-IONX for a while to support the liver and kidneys. Cleaner blood sometimes helps reduce seizure activity. If you think a seizure might happen or has happened then I would give a TRAVEL CHEW to address the accompanying symptoms. I also recommend veterinary chiropractic after seizures to help restore balance in the neck. This is helpful for allergies, too. Please let us know what results you get.

Best regards,
