I have a dog with severe hip dysplasia - she took Arthro-IonX for about 18 months when she was a year old (also did physical therapy), now at 6 she needs additional support. Currently she takes prescribed meloxicam and tramadol as needed (frequent) we are wondering if we can use Arthro-IonX and Promaxol together, and how we fit these in with her other meds. Thank you.

Dear Maggie,

You can use ARTHRO-IONX and PROMAXOL together but at different times of the day. PROMAXOL is ARTHRO-IONX plus the additional LM potencies of each of the individual ingredients. When giving homeopathics you should give them at a time away from drugs so the body has time to respond to the homeopathic. What food and supplements are you feeding her? Is she getting chiropractic care or acupuncture?

Best regards
