Health Questions & Answers

I have 2 dachshunds & they are having very bad skin problems. The vet I use told us not to bring them back for the skin problem anymore because there is nothing they can do for them. They have large patches of black puffy skin under there front arms and now they have little tiny places on there back that looks like something has bitten them but no bumps just when you pull hair back the hair falls out & flakes of skin is there. They do not have any fleas or ticks. She told us that it was allergies to grass etc. Do you think the VetionX could help them?

Dear Maria,

Derma-IonX is a good place to start. It helps to detoxify the body and reduce the allergy symptoms. I think there are more things than just grass that they are allergic to. What diet do you feed and what treats and supplements do you give? Have you had a serum allergy test done?

Besides Derma-IonX I also suggest a few other things. Limit their exposure outside later in the day when pollen counts are higher. Give digestive enzymes with each meal, probiotics, MSM, and a fish oil supplement daily. Derma-IonX will help the body better utilize the other supplements for a synergistic effect for a faster response. The oligo-therapeutic mineral base helps stimulate the enzyme systems in the body to help with healing.

Derma-IonX is easy to give in the food or water, and you can also spray on the skin if it is not raw.

Please let us know how you progress because I can give you more suggestions depending upon the responses that you are seeing or if you have learned more information through test results.

Best wishes,
Dr. Char
