My dog Lola has hind end weakness as a result of Laryngeal Paralysis. She also was recently diagnosed with spondylosis. She does get around but I can see the stiffness in her back legs, and she rarely falls but gets right back up. I have ordered the Arthro-IonX because it was recommended by another owner of a Lar Par dog. Lola is currently on Zantac and Cisapride for the digestive problems related to her flabby esophagus. Any suggestions?

Dear Joanne,

I think it would be worth using ARTHRO-IONX or PROMAXOL for your dog. It helps to detoxify the body and stimulate healing. I would also give probiotics, MSM, Omega 3,6,9, and a choline/B vitamin product such as Geri-Form. ARTHRO-IONX and PROMAXOL both can help the body better utilize the other supplements. For the symptoms of associated with laryngeal paralysis I would use ANXIETEX.

In addition I would suggest you have your dog evaluated by a veterinary chiropractor just in case there is pressure on some of the spinal nerves. If there is extra pressure on any nerve it will cause weakness. I have seen dogs do well with this approach.

Please let us know how you progress and if you have any other questions. I would be happy to help you with other suggestions if you inform us of the response you are getting.

Best wishes,

Dr. Char www.vetionx.com
