Dear Melissa,

Arthro-IonX would be a good product to use to ease the pain of arthritis. Because it is homeopathic in nature it shouldn't burden the liver and kidneys with detoxification and cause worsening of the eczema. The oligotherapeutic mineral base also helps stimulate the enzyme systems in the body to help with healing and repair of tissue. Another advantage is it helps the body better utilize other nutritional substances taken. You might want to consider also giving digestive enzymes with each meal, and probiotics and a fish oil supplement daily. Together with Arthro-IonX there is a synergistic effect. Please let us know how mobility improves and if you start to see improvements in the skin as well.

Best wishes,
Dr. Char
