Health Questions & Answers

I have just found your website and would be interested in purchasing any products from you that would help my 14 year old dog with arthritis. He also has diabetes and I would like you to confirm that the product would still be suitable for him. Anything else you could suggest would be useful.

Many thanks

Dear Janette,

Arthro-IonX would be safe to use with any other medications. It is homeopathic in nature and so it doesn't contain large molecules that would negatively interact with other substances. Arthro-IonX addresses the symptoms of arthritis and stimulates healing of the joints. Sometimes this can be achieved by healing other areas of the body as well. You should be on the alert in case if you need to decrease the insulin dosage that you are giving. Some owners have reported to us that were able to decrease the amount of insulin they were giving after using one of our other products called Dia-IonX. The oligotherapeutic base is the same in both products and it helps to activate the enzyme systems in the body which helps with healing.

In addition to the Arthro-IonX, I like to give digestive enzymes with each meal, and a probiotic and a fish oil supplement daily. The VETiONX products help other supplements to be better utilized. Together it has a synergistic effect for faster results.

Once your dog is moving more comfortably, try to provide a regular moderate exercise schedule. Exercise helps to move sugar out of the blood and into the muscles, thereby improving the blood glucose levels. It is important to avoid large fluctuations in the blood glucose to reduce the likelihood of diabetic complications.

Please let us know how you progress and if you have any further questions.

Best wishes,
Dr. Char
