Dear Dario,

I would suggest you try DIA-IONX because it helps to control the symptoms of diabetes and it's therapeutic mineral base helps activate the enzyme systems in the body that help with healing. It can be used along with insulin. Some owners have told us it has helped stabilize the blood glucose levels. The dose I start with is a half dose twice per day on the breakfast and supper food. In addition I like to give probiotics, MSM, and Omega 3,6,9 daily. DIA-IONX will help the body better utilize the other supplements for a synergistic response. In addition make sure that you offer sufficient water free of chlorine and free of fluoride.

It is important that you monitor the blood or urine glucose levels so that you will know if you need to talk to your veterinarian about adjusting the insulin dose. It is important to keep blood glucose levels down to lessen the chances of kidney disease and neuropathy. In addition if funds permit having a veterinary chiropractor check your dog is worthwhile. Proper spinal alignment allows the nerves to function better.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Best wishes,

Dr. Char www.vetionx.com
