Dear Ivy,

Sometimes dogs crave certain nutrients and will eat non food items. Dirt can also be attractive if it contains potting soil which can contain composted manure. I would give H2O-IONX and PROBIOTICS to improve digestion. You can also add a little fresh pineapple or juice to the food to discourage eating of feces. If you haven't checked a fecal sample for parasites recently bring a fresh sample to your veterinarian to have it checked. Parasites can increase hunger in a pet.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Best regards,
