I have a dog who is a diabetic and takes insulin 12 units 2x day. I also have a dog who has liver problems and he takes Hepatica 152 mg and Denosyl 225 mg once a day. Can they both use Dia-IonX or not? In there together water dish or not? or What do you suggest I do for them?

Dear Shirley,

It would be safe if both of your dogs get some from the water bowl. However, I prefer to add it to food so that you have a better chance of knowing that the intended recipient has gotten his whole dose. DIA-IONX contains homeopathic remedies to support the liver so both dogs should benefit from it. PROBIOTICS and OMEGA 3,6,9 would be good for both of them. Purified water should be offered if your water contains chlorine or fluoride.
