Dear Dr. Brust,

According to Boericke's Materia Medica Oleander-Nerium odorum (Rose Laurel) has a marked action on skin, heart and nervous system. It is used homeopathically for paralytic conditions with cramp-like contractions of upper extremities. Hemiplagia, difficult articulation, weakness of lower limbs, paralysis of legs and feet, cold feet, skin- itching, pimples, herpes, and chest- dyspnea. Hope this answers your question.

Best wishes,
Dr. Char
