Health Questions & Answers

My dog is 7 and has and always had a tremendous thirst. He has a very natural diet -- We have no holistic vet nearby and he has not had a blood test. Is Dia-IonX harmful in any way for him? Thank you.

Dear JAnn,

Dia-IonX is not harmful to a non-diabetic animal, but you should go to your veterinarian for a blood check to make sure the pancreas, liver and kidneys are functioning normally. If you find out there is something wrong and you have a diagnosis we can better guide you to a natural solution to support the system that is struggling. Sometimes conventional therapy is necessary to keep from developing bigger problems in the short term. True healing takes longer than suppressing symptoms. After the body is healed then the conventional therapy is no longer needed. Please let us know what you find out.
