Is the Dia-IonX an alternative to insulin, or should it be used with insulin?

Do you have a product that will replace Denamarin for liver problems?

Dear Stormie,

Dia-IonX does not replace insulin. You may use it along with insulin. As the body begins to heal some owners have been able to reduce the insulin dosage. So it is important that you continually monitor blood glucose levels so you will know if it is getting lower and then you can talk with your veterinarian about adjusting the dose. Dia-IonX also helps the body better utilize other supplements that are given. I would recommend digestive enzymes, probiotics, and a fish oil supplement. You can still use the Denamarin. The homeopathics in Dia-IonX also help stimulate the liver, and with time you may find a lessened need for the Denamarin as well.<br />

Please let us know of your progress.

Best wishes,
