I recently purchased Derma-IonX for my Boston Terrier. She has bald hot spots on her paws and is constantly licking them. Would it be safe to use the spray of Derma-IonX on her paws even though the bottle says for external use? Please advise. Thank you.

Dear Sylvia,

Yes it is safe to spray on the paws. You would transfer some from the main bottle into the spray bottle. DERMA-IONX can be used orally (internally) and topically sprayed on (externally).

Please let us know if you have any other questions or to let us know how you are doing.

Best regards,
