There is info on the web about Derma-ionx being not as advertised and a scam. How do I know that this is a viable product?

Dear Karen,

The company, Vetionx that sells DERMA-IONX has a Better Business Bureau rating. If you go to the website you can also read about the return policy just in case it does not work well enough for your pet. We try to give the pet owner more information about diet and supplements so that the pet can get the best results possible. We encourage a multifaceted approach, diet and supplements. (If your pet is allergic to his food, it is important to change the diet. Giving a homeopathic alone might not be enough to eliminate the problem if the food is continued.) Our goal is to help your pet have a better quality of life. There are a lot of pets that still have problems after using conventional drugs and so we try to give those difficult cases another option.

Please let us know if we can answer any other questions.

Best regards,

Dr. Char www.vetionx.com
