Dear Stephanie,

You can safely give Dia-IonX with other supplements or medications because it is homeopathic in nature and doesn't contain large molecules that could negatively interact with other substances. It usually helps stimulate enzyme systems the body which aids better utilization of other supplements given. Please let us know how you progress and if we can help you with other suggestions that can provide the best quality of life for you and your dog.

Best wishes,
Dr. Char
