A while back I wrote asking about my 14-year old cat, Annie, who had some arthritis in her back legs and along with kidney issues. You suggested arthroionix and diaionix because it contained kidney support. I'm pleased to report that her urine no longer shows any protein and her numbers are all normal. However, our vet has diagnosed her with feline cognitive dysfunction due to her peeing and pooping everywhere but the litter box. She seems normal to us in every other way. He tried Selegeline but it caused diarrhea, (I should say she also has IBD and has been on Prescription ZD for 2-1/2 years and it has helped a lot). He then suggested Metacam and gingko biloba might help but held out little hope. We rescued Annie many years ago at 40 below zero and really do not want to put her to sleep but it is very wearing having to constantly clean up after her. So, I am asking for your advice.

In addition, our 16 year old cat, Hamish, who has been on arthroionix successfully for many years has liver disease and was taking milk thistle and SamE tablets. He started throwing them up. I found a milk thistle liquid that he holds down for the most part but was wondering if you have any other suggestions. His liver enzymes have improved but he too is showing some small kidney issues.

Many thanks. I love your products and recommend them to friends.
