Health Questions & Answers

I have a cat who is 12 years old. He hurt his back leg many years ago at ankle joint area and now is having lots of swelling and pain in this area. Vets have said this is from the arthritis from the old injury. They are not giving too many options to relieve his pain and swelling. I know there is no complete fix to his problem, but will your product help at all to reduce the swelling, which would help relieve the pain some?

Dear Sherri,

I would give Arthro-IonX in this situation. It is helpful in cases of pain and swelling. Being liquid it is especially easy to give to a cat and so you have a much greater chance of actually giving him his dose. Given over a period of time it actually helps to heal. Hopefully you will see improvement fairly quickly, but continue with it to allow for time to heal. If you need any more suggestions please ask, but this is an easy place to start. Cats are opinionated and so I don't like to make too many changes at one time.

Best wishes,
Dr. Char
