Dear Susan,

The homeopathic remedy Calc carb could be helpful for the cataract. It is contained in two of our products, Arthro-IonX and Dia-IonX. It would be a good idea to have the blood sugar checked to rule out pre- diabetes. If there is any stiffness Arthro-IonX would be a good choice. If the endocrine system is not balanced, Dia-IonX would be a good selection. If you want to attempt eye drops, you could try eye drops made from diluted Cineraria (this has been used to manage cataracts in dogs).

I would also give basic supplements to improve digestion and reduce inflammation. I would give Canine Probiotics, MSM, and Omega 3,6,9.

Please let us know how you do.

Best regards,

Dr. Char
