How do I cancel my auto ship order and can I return the shipment that was sent out on the 15th of February? It has not arrived yet, but the product has not been effective.

You didn't mention what product you are using or the type of ailment your pet is suffering from.  We would love to offer you additional tips and suggestions to help your pet through their recovery process in conjunction with using our product.  Environment, additional supplements, diet, and exercise plays a role in our pet's overall wellbeing.

What type of food are you feeding your pet?  Is your pet an indoor or outdoor only pet?  What type of exercise are you providing your pet?  Are you providing any supplements?  If yes, which ones are you giving your pet?
