Health Questions & Answers

I just received Dia-IonX and am preparing to start my cats on their daily program. I would like to be sure that adding Dia-IonX to their wet food is acceptable. I noticed that most of the instructions include oral and via water methods only. I will be treating two cats with very different situations, gender, and age and feel that adding to food would be easiest and most effective. (The cat who needs help the most I also treat for megacolon, so I already add extra water to her wet food and in some feedings add senna, an herbal, natural laxative and she has no problem accepting that. (By the way the senna is very helpful and has helped me save her life twice in crisis! It is available at mainstream drug stores. Now I feed it to her daily to maintain her stool size and consistency, and she is doing well passing her stools. I did self-diagnose her megacolon, and used online info, and one person mentioned senna and he was right on! The stories I read about surgeries and prescription food and drugs are very sad.) Thanks for your help regarding administering Dia-IonX. Julie

Dear Julie,

I think you will find adding 10 drops to the breakfast and supper food will work well.
